COMPUTER MAINTENANCE

The Computer Maintenance program is designed to prepare students for employment/postsecondary education related to the design, development, installation, implementation, use and management of computers. The program prepares students for employment in various positions in Information Technology. The program uses a delivery system made up of four integral parts: formal/technical instruction, experiential learning, and supervised occupational experiences.

Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts emphasizes the principles of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling the management of a variety of food service operations. The course provides insight into the operation of a well-run restaurant. Culinary Arts focuses on the fundamentals of cooking, the science of baking, management and hospitality, and advanced techniques.

Animal Science / Vet Med

Architectural Drafting

The Architectural Drafting Course is designed to help students know how to use drafting tools and materials, understand traditional and digital drafting techniques, and be able to complete assignments with real-world application.

Robotics 1, 2 and Practicum in Manufacturing

The Robotic program is designed to prepare students for employment/postsecondary education related to the design, development and create of Robots. The program prepares students for employment in various positions in engineering and manufacturing.

Business Information Management I & II

In Business Information Management, students apply technical skills to address business applications of emerging technologies, create word-processing documents, and make an electronic presentation using appropriate software.

Pharmacy Practicum

The Pharmacy Practicum course is designed to successfully prepare students for the Pharmacy Technician ‘Certification Exam. This a 2 semester course that combines coursework and supervised experiential training hours at area Walgreens locations.

Ag Engineering (Welding)

The Agriculture Engineering courses include Ag Mechanics, Ag Structures, and Ag Design. These course cover a variety of construction topics with a primary focus on welding. Students will have the opportunity to earn the OSHA30 certification in Ag Structures course. Students in these course are also eligible to be in the FFA organization and participate in activities such as raising/showing livestock animals, competing in leadership/judging contests, and representing Eisenhower FFA in the AISD Welding Contest.
